Support Groups

Khesed Wellness believes healing occurs in relationships. In our facilitated support groups, participants have the opportunity to learn new skills, practice new ways of relating, and experience connection with peers. Interested in joining a group? See our current group offerings below.

Current Groups

Core Energetics Process Group

Colorado

The Core Energetics Process group will focus on the interpersonal dynamics that arise within the group, which will serve as fuel for members to examine their shadow parts. We are all each other’s mirrors. As such, our false assumptions and limiting beliefs are heightened in relationships. Group therapy provides a non-judgmental and supportive container to examine our hidden burdens so that we can understand and claim our full power.

Non-Monogamy Support Group

Colorado

This group is to serve as a welcoming and empathetic community where individuals can discuss their experiences, share advice, and receive emotional support while navigating various aspects of non-monogamous relationships. We aim to provide a non-judgmental space to explore challenges, foster personal growth, and build connections with like-minded individuals.

Young Adults Addiction Recovery Group

Colorado

This group offers a safe space for individuals to advance their self-awareness and expand their understanding of issues encountered during recovery. Participants will engage in open discussions, share their experiences, and learn coping strategies while receiving guidance from a trained facilitator. This group will foster a sense of community and mutual peer understanding; facilitating personal growth and positive change among its members.

Chronic Illness Support Group

Colorado

This group is a space for adults with chronic illness to create community and connection around these shared - but oftentimes invisible - experiences. Group members will be encouraged to share their experiences and present life challenges, while supporting others with the immeasurable wisdom that they carry from these same challenges. The goal of this group is to create connection and community, and to provide support and resources emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and otherwise.

This group is no longer accepting new participants.

MindBody Medicine for Women

Colorado

The physical expression of emotional distress is common - especially amongst female identifiers in their 20s and 30s. In this group, we will connect around these oftentimes isolating experiences while exploring the scientific basis of the mind body connection (hint: it’s in the brain!). You will leave this group with a deep understanding of your own mindbody, a connection with others who have similar experiences, and a toolbox full of practices that will support you for the rest of your life.
