Your business is unique, and we know a one-size-fits-all approach just won’t do. We collaborate with you to customize a mental health package that best fits your needs and budget. We ensure your staff understands our program through an informational training twice a year.

Utilize Every Dollar

With traditional insurance options, businesses are required to purchase services that may go unused through premiums or deductibles. Khesed’s Corporate Program is different. Every dollar you invest goes directly to the services utilized by your staff. We monitor utilization and adjust your designated program to ensure you only pay for utilized sessions.

Affordability

Our services are the most affordable ongoing outpatient mental health therapy option in the United States. Most standard EAPs only provide 2-6 sessions before employees are required to pay unaffordable rates for continuation of care. Khesed’s free and affordable programs ensure your employees will continue to have access to quality, affordable mental health care, even after their program has been utilized.


How it works

  1. We prepare a proposal outlining options and costs based on your staff size, anticipated utilization, and coverage.

  2. Once you’ve selected an option, we draft a formal agreement, sign it, and collect an initial deposit.

  3. When your coverage begins, we lead a 15 minute launch meeting with your staff to ensure they understand this incredible offering that you provide as their employer.

  4. Your staff is invited to contact Khesed and identify themselves as an employee to receive their benefit.

  5. Khesed provides a monthly report outlining your staff’s level of utilization.

  6. Twice a year, we meet with you to reevaluate your coverage, ensure it meets your company’s needs, and provide an additional 15 minute launch meeting to inform new staff about their benefit.
