We are looking for therapists to join us on our mission to provide high-quality affordable mental health and wellness services for the underinsured in the spirit of khesed, a Hebrew word that means loving kindness, especially for people on the margins.

We believe the way to sustainable and positive impact is high-quality care. That is why we pay our therapists double median rate, and provide monthly supervisory and consult support to every therapist that contracts with Khesed.

BIPOC Therapist Program

Colorado

  • 2 Durango therapists - Licensed and Pre Licensed / Post Masters

  • Trinidad therapist specializing in:

    • Addiction - LPCC, LPC, or LAC (strong preference for LAC)

    • We are willing to provide a stipend to those in neighboring areas for their commute to Trinidad.

Internship Opportunities

Khesed also believes in empowering new therapists by providing a unique and challenging apprenticeship experience. Apprentices are given the freedom and structure to work with diverse populations, amongst a vibrant team of professionals, toward a common purpose.  

Internship students will learn the basics of group and private practice, how to market their unique skills, how to engage in the challenges of the mental health profession, and how to develop a healthy network of personal and professional resources. Our apprentices have the ability to cultivate a reputation within the mental health community that will extend beyond graduation.
