Core Energetics Process Group

The Core Energetics Process group will focus on the interpersonal dynamics that arise within the group, which will serve as fuel for members to examine their shadow parts.

We are all each other’s mirrors. As such, our false assumptions and limiting beliefs are heightened in relationships. Group therapy provides a non-judgmental and supportive container to examine our hidden burdens so that we can understand and claim our full power.

Core Energetics uses interventions from somatic psychotherapy as tools to deepen into the present moment. The guiding principles that will be utilized for this group are sourced from Radical Aliveness.

This group is open to adults over the age of 25.
