Our flagship offering

The Affordable Therapy Program is the heart of Kind.

Open to anyone who reaches out, this program requires no income verification, insurance, or justification.

We believe access to mental health care should be straightforward, respectful, and human.

Launched as Kind’s first program alongside our Pro Bono Therapy Program, it reflects a founding belief: removing barriers at the front door can change the course of a life.

Today, it remains a cornerstone of our model, balancing accessibility with long-term sustainability so care can continue reaching more people.

Pro Bono Therapy Program

$0 per session hour

Fully funded care

Through partnerships with foundations, donors, and community sponsors, we provide free therapy to individuals who would otherwise have no access to mental health care, including Medicaid clients affected by insurance system restrictions.

Rooted in the same founding vision as our Affordable Therapy Program, this work reflects a core belief: mental health care should be accessible to everyone.

Starting at $85/month per employer

A statewide partnership with the Colorado Restaurant Association & Foundation

The Restaurant Therapy Program is a specialized corporate offering built specifically for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Developed in partnership with the Colorado Restaurant Association and Foundation, this program provides affordable, accessible therapy to restaurant and hospitality workers across Colorado, while also providing access to community-funded crisis therapy when it’s needed most.

In an industry marked by high stress, long hours, and limited access to insurance, this program is grounded in a simple principle: care is most effective when therapists understand the realities of the work, and when support is built with the industry.

Mental health support for small and independent businesses.

Kind’s Corporate Program was created to address a critical gap: small and independent businesses are consistently underserved by traditional insurance systems.

While large corporations often receive comprehensive mental health coverage, many small business owners and their employees are left without realistic options.

Our Corporate Program gives businesses a straightforward way to support employee mental health without the complexity, cost, or rigidity of traditional plans.
