We invite you to participate in FREE weekly virtual events focused around ways to care for your mental health that go beyond traditional talk therapy. Event participants will learn new practices, make connections, and be entered to win a Wellness Pack. If you want to learn more about what Khesed Wellness has to offer, this is a great opportunity.

Yoga Therapy

Wednesday, May 4th at 6 PM MDT

Khesed’s Wellness Partner and Yoga Therapist Laura Fessenden will guide participants through a 30 minute yoga demonstration. You will be coached to dive into the direct experience of your therapeutic yoga practice. Tapping into your body's sensations and breath, your practice will have a meaningful impact to your health goals. Yoga experience not required.

Please dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat if possible. Props, blankets and pillows are also recommended, but not necessary. Please have a quiet space, where you won't be distracted by outside noise, pets, etc.


Self-Discovery

Tuesday, May 10th at 6 PM MDT

Khesed’s Wellness Partner and Self-Discovery Strategist Kourtney Thomas will lead a 30 minute session.

Art Therapy

Friday, May 27th at 12 PM MDT

Khesed’s Pre-Licensed Therapist Joy Watts will lead a 30 minute session on art therapy. Joy will provide a basic introduction to art therapy with an experiential and time for Q&A.


Body Practices

Tuesday, May 31st at 1 PM MDT

Khesed’s Founder & CEO Heather Lundy will lead a 30 minute session discussing therapy practices for the body, mind, and spirit beyond the therapy room with time for Q&A.
