Michelle Fein

Michelle Fein (she/her) MA, LPCC completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal program. Michelle also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.  Michelle brings a holistic approach to therapy, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that disconnection from our bodies and separation from our greater body, the Earth, results in dis-ease. From this perspective, Michelle enjoys supporting her clients in listening to their body’s wisdom and cultivating a more intimate relationship with self, which allows for more nourishing connections with others and the universe at large. Michelle works with clients on all levels of being including the personal, relational, and planetary.

Trained in Gestalt therapy, mindfulness/meditation and yoga, Michelle provides a heart-centered, non-judgmental space for people to explore mindfulness, embodiment, sexual wellness, spirituality, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, anxiety/depression, and purpose in life. She combines her studies and experiences of holistic nutrition, Eastern traditions, mind-body science, spiritual transformation, and social justice values to provide healing support for diverse clients. Michelle guides her clients in uncovering the roots of their challenges and living in alignment with their values to access more presence and joy in their lives. She facilitates deep inner work in session and offers tools for her clients to practice in daily life. Michelle believes that we are all inherently whole and possess infinite potential towards growth and healing. She welcomes all parts of you with a spirit of openness and compassion.

Michelle is a lover of music, nature, holistic health, and mystical teachings. She enjoys curling up with a good book, basking in the sunshine, practicing yoga, and playing with her mini-goldendoodle, Leo.
