Lundi Ramos is a licensed professional counselor, nonprofit executive, and public policy leader focused on expanding access to mental health care through sustainable, equity-driven systems. With more than ten years of experience across behavioral health delivery, nonprofit governance, and public policy, Lundi brings a systems-level approach to addressing gaps in care for underinsured and historically marginalized communities.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kind Therapy Inc., Lundi built and scaled this statewide nonprofit mental health organization delivering community-based care to underinsured communities. Under their leadership, Kind has generated more than $8 million in cost savings for underinsured individuals and delivered over 80,000 free and low-cost therapy sessions to more than 6,500 clients through innovative access models and strategic partnerships..

Lundi’s work extends beyond direct service delivery into governance and policy leadership. They currently serve as Chairperson of the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board, appointed by Governor Jared Polis, advising on the development of regulatory and public policy frameworks for emerging care models. Lundi also serves on the Colorado Restaurant Foundation board, supporting statewide initiatives to expand mental health access for hospitality and restaurant workers through policy-aligned partnerships.

Across all roles, Lundi’s leadership centers on building durable systems that align public policy, financial sustainability, and community care, advancing access not as a temporary intervention, but as a long-term public good.
