Alicia Theophil (She/Her) is completing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy at Naropa University.

Her counseling approach focuses on creating a trustworthy and collaborative relationship between the client and therapist. As Alicia walks alongside her clients, she feels encouraged to see them become empowered and motivated to make positive changes in their lives.

Alicia specializes in using talk therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients manage their emotions, cope with stress, navigate grief and loss, establish healthy boundaries and attachments, and adjust to life changes.

Alicia is excited to assist individuals seeking a safe and nurturing environment to explore their experiences, heal their wounds, and develop new perspectives promoting growth and progress. During her free time, Alicia enjoys playing with her two cats, tending to her plants, and indulging in her love for art.
