Loving ourselves through
the process of owning our story
is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.
— Brene Brown

Yoga & Mindfulness programs

Trauma sensitive yoga is integrated into individual therapy sessions when requested and all of our counselors use mindfulness based techniques when helpful.

May there be an opening into
the quiet that lies beneath the chaos,
where you find the peace you did not think possible
and see what shimmers within the storm.

Support for Mental Health Professionals

At Khesed, we are committed to supporting mental health professionals and provide a variety of professional development services such as individual and group supervision, Peer Advisory Boards, and a monthly Clinicians' Support Circle. Registration is currently open for the 2017 Clinicians' Support Circle, see below for more information and let us know if you are interested!

2017 Clinicians' Support Circle

Most of us became therapists/clinicians because of our passion for reciprocating kindness and a personal vision of how we can contribute to our communities. Sometimes, though, our passion and vision can get lost in the daily grind of responsibility. This is a space to reconnect to your professional desire, take care of your spirit, learn and practice practical mindfulness skills, and get to know other therapists.
