We have the unique opportunity to hire a part-time Inclusion Program Coordinator, expanding Khesed's relationships with diverse and underserved communities throughout Colorado. Spreading affordable and accessible counseling and wellness services to those most in need of high-quality care is essential to our mission and vision.

Research indicates that populations marginalized by factors of income, race, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation experience mental health issues at a significantly higher rate compared to non-marginalized populations. African Americans and Hispanics are especially underserved as they access mental health services at about one-half the rate of Caucasians. Moreover, when these groups are provided access to care, it is more likely to be of poorer quality (National Alliance on Mental Illness, 2016).

We can change this.

Through Khesed's site partnerships with churches and businesses that have unused space appropriate for counseling and wellness sites, Khesed grows with community through community. In our first two years of operation, we have 9 locations for Colorado Springs to North Denver, and we are ready to extend our reach further, especially within underserved neighborhoods.

Help us reach to our goal of $1,280 in monthly gifts to launch Khesed's Inclusion Program Coordinator by September 1st.

Khesed is a 501(c)3 Colorado Nonprofit Corporation, making your gift tax-deductible. You will receive your donation-specific receipt on the last day of each giving month.
